So I spent a few hours reading various points of view, and was sort of weighing things in my head (in between bursts of being extremely offended and disappointed).  So it might seem like a complicated issue.  But when you step back.. what possible valid reason could there be for firing the much-loved man who co-founded deviantART and has not stopped working toward its progress from day one?  $spyed has certainly not offered us one.

Anyway, hurray for survival of the meanest.

It's funny, applied communism has two distinct outcomes:  the stalinist USSR type that we are all familiar with, and the awesome community type that you can find on small independent communes.  I can almost imagine a utiopian capitalist society.. almost.

EDIT:  I don't mean that modern capitalism is like stalinist russia!  It's just... capitalism is especially nice in small groups, like communism, where there is a feeling of personal responsibility.
